BRBM : Week 4 : 85 Days!

Not that much of an update this week. I managed to complete 4 days of working out (though I was aiming 5). And my weight is still fluctuating from 134 to 136. This morning it read 135.7, (shrugs). With the travel I have going on my eating schedule is pretty much not in tact (not to mention I am EXTREMELY sick today). So I now have only 3 weeks till Miami, and honestly ... I don't care. Just the fact that I will not be stressing at work for a few days while enjoying the heat makes me very happy. Good Morning ! New Week ! New Motivation ! New Goal ! I still have yet to weigh myself so that's good. I am trying to not bother myself with it till Friday... Only 42 Days Till Miami and I’m Effing Up…

I'm not sure what's going on with me lately. I'm failing this week... majorly and it's pretty upsetting. And even with that "upset" feeling it's not really motivating me to work harder. Went to the gym last night... lasted 30 mins... didn't even push myself, didn't try to motivate myself to stay. I just said "fuck it, I'm tired and I just can't today" and that was that. Friday, Oh How I’ve Missed You … (48DTM)

Thank sweet baby Jesus... it's Friday (cue that shitty song "Friday" by that Rebecca Chick). This has been one of the longest weeks ever. Between work and this weight-loss journey I'm pooped! Yesterday I went to the gym for another evening session burned 810 calories with cardio and strength training and then literally went to bed shortly after.
