I apologize in advance if this post comes off a little disheveled. Yesterday / this morning I accompanied a woman not too much older than me to the hospital after seeing her bleeding clear thru her jeans in front of my local bodega. Big Things Are Coming !! 5 Things Tag!

Guess who's knocking them lbs down! Me!! I have successfully completed 4 days of gym time, and tomorrow I hope to make it to the 5th day so I can cross something off of my goals list. I didn't make it to zumba yesterday as I would of hoped to, but next week I am going to kick ass with kick boxing and body pump! I've now upped my meeting times with my Personal Trainer, Nicole, to twice or three times a week.
