Yetti how’s the gym? I can come up with roughly 24 excuses as to why I haven’t been consistant with the gym. So I am going to be completely honest, because I started this blog to hold myself accountable for my weigh loss progress... or in this case... lack there of. I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to updating my blog at ungodly hours of the day (ie. right now it is 4:14AM). Took a little nap earlier and now I am wide ass awake. The joys of having a messed up sleeping pattern. It's extremely hot in my little one bedroom apartment which probably aids to why I can not sleep. I have the AC on yet I am still burning hot. Why? Friday / Bad Weigh In – 69 Days till Miami

Good Morning Guys, So today is in indeed weigh-in day and I'm sad to say I haven't budged much. This morning the scale read 150.4, so I managed to gain .2 lbs. (sigh) I could say that I don't know what happened but I know EXACTLY what happened. Tuesday I worked out twice: Strength Training in the AM, 700 calories worth of Cardio in the PM.
