Weight A Minute!

I honestly don't know how I've managed to maintain staying in the 130s but there it is. I am 134.2lbs and honestly have no clue how. I have personal training sessions twice a week, but my eating is absolutely terrible. Sometimes I'm far too busy at work or at home to eat.
