I honestly don’t know how I’ve managed to maintain staying in the 130s but there it is. I am 134.2lbs and honestly have no clue how. I have personal training sessions twice a week, but my eating is absolutely terrible. Sometimes I’m far too busy at work or at home to eat. Yes I know, how the hell do you forget to eat? I don’t know but I have managed to.
I’m heading back to the gym full fledged, and actually just finished preparing my meals for the day. I’m not necessarily trying to lose any weight but I am trying to feel as healthy as possible…
Okay, okay I am aiming for a flat stomach and with the recent convos I’ve been having with my trainer and his all of his tough love, he thinks I can get there in no time. So that’s my personal challenge: feel healthy and commit to my lifestyle change with a side of washboard abs.
As for my eating, I don’t really look at calories anymore. I keep my portions small, I eat frequently and I stop when I’m full. I don’t think this approach would have worked this time last year. I was greedy and completely unaware of what a healthy sized portion was. Glad to see I’ve made some progress.
